Waitlist privacy

Last updated October 5, 2026

This notice covers the rytm waitlist on this website. The app itself is covered by the rytm Privacy Notice. flapp.studio is responsible for this data.

What we collect

Your email address, the fact that you agreed to receive emails, the exact wording you agreed to, and when you agreed. We also keep which form you used, your browser’s language and your country, worked out from your connection. We don’t store your IP address, and this website uses no cookies.

Why we use it

To email you when rytm launches, and to send you your waitlist promo code. We use it only because you ticked the box that says: “Yes, email me rytm launch news and my launch promo code. I can unsubscribe at any time.” We won’t use your email for anything else, and we never sell it or share it for advertising.

Where it’s kept

In a database hosted by Supabase in Ireland (EU). Sign-ups are processed on Vercel’s servers in Dublin (EU); the rest of the website is served from Vercel’s global network. Supabase and Vercel are US companies, so their staff may access the data from outside the EU, for example to give support. Their data processing agreements cover this with the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. We may use an email-sending service to deliver the launch email. These providers process the data only on our behalf.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or at most 12 months after rytm launches, whichever comes first.

Unsubscribing and your rights

Every email has an unsubscribe link. You can also email hello@flapp.studio at any time to unsubscribe, to see the data we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.

Visit statistics

We count visits to this website with Vercel Web Analytics. It uses no cookies and stores nothing that identifies you. It records which pages are viewed, the site that sent you here, and your country, browser, operating system and device type, and we only see these as totals. This is separate from the waitlist: it isn’t linked to your email.

Age

The waitlist is for people aged 16 or over. Please don’t sign up if you’re younger.
