Terms of Use (EULA)

These terms cover your use of rytm, a biorhythm app published by Adam Pasierski - flapp.studio (“we”, “us”). By using the app you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use rytm.

What rytm is

rytm calculates three classic biorhythm cycles (physical, emotional and intellectual) from a birth date, and compares calculated values between people. It is for entertainment and reflection. Biorhythm theory isn’t scientifically validated. Nothing in rytm measures or predicts your health, energy, mood, performance or relationships, and nothing in it is medical, psychological or professional advice. Don’t make important decisions based on it.

Who can use it

rytm is meant for a general audience. If you’re under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian should agree to these terms with you.

No account

You don’t need an account. Your name, your birth date, the names and birth dates of people you add, and your settings are stored on your device. If you delete the app, use Settings → “Delete my data”, or lose the device, that data is gone and we can’t restore it.

People you add

Only add people who would be comfortable with you storing their name and birth date on your phone and comparing biorhythms with them. Share images you create show names and calculated values, never birth dates. You’re responsible for what you share.

Free and Pro

The daily reading, the chart, cycle details, one comparison person and the free widget are free. rytm Pro unlocks the full month view, group comparisons, comparing on any date, every share-card style, and Pro widgets and themes. Pro is a one-time purchase: you pay once, and there is no subscription or renewal.

Purchases are handled by the App Store or Google Play at the price shown when you buy. Pro stays with your store account, so you can restore it on a new phone with Settings → “Restore purchase”. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies. Prices and what Pro includes may change for future buyers; a price change never charges you again for Pro you already bought.

Widgets and reminders

Widgets and reminders depend on your phone’s settings, battery and operating system, so we can’t promise they will always update or appear on time.

Fair use of the app

The app, its design, text, illustrations and the rytm name belong to Adam Pasierski - flapp.studio. You may use them for your own personal use. Please don’t copy, resell or redistribute them, reverse-engineer the app (except where the law allows it), or use it in a way that breaks the law or harms others.

Availability and changes

We may update, change or remove features, and we may update these terms. If we make a significant change we’ll show it in the app. If you keep using rytm after a change, you accept the new terms.

Liability

rytm is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, for decisions you make based on the app, or for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be excluded.

Apple and Google

On iPhone, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement also applies. Apple and Google aren’t parties to these terms and aren’t responsible for the app or its content, maintenance or support.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Polish law. If you use rytm as a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.
