    Your birth date is day zero for all three cycles. Add a name if you like. There’s no account and it stays on your phone. Then read today’s physical, emotional and intellectual waves.

    See its calculated value, which way it’s heading, when the next peak and low come, and one plain line on what it means for you.

    Compare with a partner or friend

    Add anyone with just their birth date. They don’t need the app. rytm shows how close your calculated values are today, which says nothing about your relationship.

Your birth date stays yours

rytm needs a birth date and nothing else, and keeps it on your phone.

  • Your birth date stays on your phoneBirth dates and names are stored on the device only. There’s no account and no server.
  • No tracking, ads or analyticsrytm has no ad networks, no analytics and no tracking SDKs. The store handles your purchase, not us.
  • Share cards hide birth datesAn image you share has names and readings on it, never anyone’s birth date.

When does rytm launch?

Soon, on iPhone and Android. Join the waitlist and we’ll email you the day it goes live.

What do I get for joining the waitlist?

An email when rytm launches, with a promo code for waitlist members. We send the code by email only, and it won’t appear on this page.

Is biorhythm theory real?

No. Studies haven’t found that these cycles predict performance, health or events. rytm is for fun and reflection, and its values are calculated from your birth date, not measured from you.

Is rytm free?

Today’s reading, one comparison, share cards and a small widget are free. rytm Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and adds monthly calendars, more people, comparing on any date, more widgets and themes, and extra share styles.

Do I need an account?

No. Enter your birth date and go. Everything stays on your phone.

How are the values calculated?

Each cycle is 100 × sin(2π × d ÷ P), where d is the number of calendar days since your birth date and P is 23, 28 or 33 days. The About screen in the app explains it.

Which languages does it support?

English and Polish.

Will you spam me?

No. We’ll only email you about rytm’s launch and your promo code, and every email has an unsubscribe link.
