Lune

Terms of Use (EULA)

Last updated October 20, 2026

These terms cover your use of the Lune app, published by Adam Pasierski - flapp.studio (“we”, “us”). By installing or using Lune you agree to them. On iPhone, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement also applies between you and Apple; if it conflicts with these terms, it takes precedence for the Apple-specific parts.

Who we are

Lune is published by Adam Pasierski - flapp.studio, a sole proprietorship registered in Poland (NIP 7471938809, REGON 545829707). You can reach us at hello@flapp.studio about anything to do with the app or these terms.

Licence

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Lune on your own devices. You may not copy, modify, resell or reverse engineer the app, except where the law says you can.

Lune Pro

Lune Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. It unlocks your full birth moon, Moon match, the daily moon reading and world moons, plus extra themes, widgets, places, reminder options and share styles, for as long as you use Lune on the account that bought it. Payment, refunds and restoring a purchase are handled by the App Store or Google Play under their rules; use “Restore” in the app to recover Pro on a new device.

Accuracy

Lune calculates moon phases, illumination and moonrise and moonset times with a published astronomy library, in the time zone of the place you pick. We take care to be accurate, but times can differ slightly from other sources, and local conditions such as weather and the horizon decide what you can actually see. Don’t rely on Lune for anything where a few minutes’ error would matter, such as navigation or safety.

Moon readings

The birth moon, Moon match and daily readings are short texts from lunar astrology traditions. They are for reflection and entertainment, not predictions, and nothing in them is medical, psychological, financial or other professional advice.

Reminders and widgets

Reminders and widgets depend on your phone’s settings, battery and operating system, so we can’t promise they will always appear on time. Lune is a convenience, not an alarm.

Third-party material

Lune uses open-source software and public data, credited in the app under Settings. Moon imagery is derived from NASA’s Scientific Visualization Studio. NASA doesn’t endorse Lune.

Our liability

Lune is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the app. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that can’t be limited, or liability that can’t be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Polish law. If you use Lune as a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Questions? Email hello@flapp.studio or see Support.
