Terms of Use (EULA)

Last updated October 6, 2026

These terms cover your use of the Groundbook app, published by flapp.studio. By installing or using Groundbook you agree to them. On iPhone, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement also applies between you and Apple; if it conflicts with these terms, it takes precedence for the Apple-specific parts.

Licence

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Groundbook on your own devices. You may not copy, modify, resell or reverse engineer the app, except where the law says you can.

Collecting grounds

A ground is collected by GPS only when your device reports a fresh, accurate location at the stadium. You agree not to fake your location, including with mock-location apps, and we may refuse or remove collections that appear to be faked. Grounds you add as past visits are self-recorded and are labelled that way. Collection can fail for reasons outside our control, such as a weak GPS signal.

The catalogue

We build the catalogue of grounds from public sources and check it by hand, but it can contain mistakes, and clubs move and stadiums change. Use “Report incorrect details” in the app to tell us. Groundbook isn’t affiliated with or endorsed by any club, league, federation or stadium, and their names are used only to identify grounds.

Safety

Be careful when you visit grounds. Don’t trespass, don’t enter restricted areas to collect a card, and don’t use your phone in a way that puts you or others at risk. Collection works from the public area outside a ground.

Your content

Your memories and photos are yours. You give us the right to store and process them only to run Groundbook for you, including backing them up and showing them back to you. Only add photos you took or have permission to use, and nothing unlawful. Photos aren’t proof of attendance.

Groundbook Pro

Groundbook Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. It unlocks up to five photos per memory, year-by-year statistics, extra card styles and premium share layouts. Pro never collects grounds remotely and doesn’t change the collection rules. Payment, refunds and restoring a purchase are handled by the App Store or Google Play under their rules; use “Restore purchases” in the app to recover Pro on a new device.

What you share

You’re responsible for the images you create and share, and for having the permission of anyone who appears in them.

Our liability

Groundbook is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, flapp.studio isn’t liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the app, including from lost albums, missed collections or inaccurate catalogue data. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that can’t be limited, or liability that can’t be excluded.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Questions? Email hello@flapp.studio or see Support.
