How it works
Four steps, one album

Find a ground
Browse every ground in the catalogue as a list or on a map, filter by league or voivodeship, and see what’s near you. Browsing works without sharing your location.

Collect it at the gate
Stand at the stadium and tap Collect. Groundbook checks your location once, confirms you’re there and reveals the card. No background tracking.
- 3
Add a photo and a memory
Jot down the match, the score, who you went with. Add a photo within three hours of collecting. Been to a ground before? Record a past visit, and collecting it later upgrades the card.

Complete your sets
Every league is a set, from Ekstraklasa down to III liga. Watch the progress, earn achievements and share a card when you finish one.

Turn a collected ground, a year or a whole set into a story or square image, with or without your photo.
Your privacy
Your places stay yours
Groundbook uses your location for one thing: confirming you’re at the ground when you tap Collect.
- Location only when you tap CollectGroundbook checks your position once, in the foreground. There’s no background tracking, no location history, and your coordinates aren’t stored.
- Your album and photos are privateYour album, memories and photos are visible only to you. Photos sit in a private store, and nothing is public unless you share a card yourself.
- Usage stats without your placesAnonymous usage events help us improve the app. They never include coordinates, photos, notes or the grounds you visit.
- Delete everything anytimeDelete your account in the app and your album, memories and photos are removed.

What do I get for joining the waitlist?
An email when Groundbook launches, with a promo code for waitlist members. We send the code by email only, and it won’t appear on this page.
Which grounds are in it?
Polish grounds first: 119 grounds used in the 2026/27 season from Ekstraklasa down to III liga. More countries will follow.
Is Groundbook free?
Unlimited GPS collection, past visits, memories, sets, achievements and sharing are free. Groundbook Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and adds up to five photos per memory, year-by-year statistics, extra card styles and premium share layouts. Pro never collects grounds remotely.
How does collecting work?
You tap Collect while you’re at the ground. Groundbook checks a fresh, accurate location once against the stadium’s outline, and if you’re close enough the card is yours. If you’re offline it keeps the reading and confirms it when you reconnect, within 12 hours.
Why only three hours for photos?
Photos on your first memory of a collected ground can be added for three hours after you collect it, so they come from the visit itself. You can always write a memory or add a past visit later.
Do I need an account?
No. You can start an album straight away. Sign in with Apple or Google if you want it backed up and restored on a new phone.
Which languages does it support?
English and Polish.
Will you spam me?
No. We’ll only email you about Groundbook’s launch and your promo code, and every email has an unsubscribe link.
