Terms of Use (EULA)
Last updated October 9, 2026
These terms cover your use of the Stint app, published by flapp.studio. By installing or using it you agree to them. On iPhone, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement also applies between you and Apple; if it conflicts with these terms, it takes precedence for the Apple-specific parts.
What Stint is
Stint is a personal tool for recording the time you spend working. It isn’t a payroll, invoicing, legal or compliance record, and we don’t check that the times you enter are correct. If you rely on it for billing or reporting, you’re responsible for checking the figures.
Licence
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Stint on your own devices. You may not copy, modify, resell or reverse engineer the app, except where the law says you can. The app and its design belong to flapp.studio.
Your content
The projects, tasks and sessions you add are yours and stay on your device. We don’t receive them. You’re responsible for what you enter.
Backing up your data
Your history is stored on your device only, and Stint doesn’t sync between devices. If you delete the app, reset or lose your phone, it may be lost. Your phone’s own backup may help, and the app’s JSON export lets you keep a copy. You’re responsible for your own backups.
Notifications
Timer and reminder notifications depend on your phone’s settings and operating system, and may arrive late or not at all (for example in a power-saving mode). Don’t rely on them for anything time-critical.
Our liability
Stint is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, flapp.studio isn’t liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the app, or for a loss of data if you don’t back it up. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that can’t be limited, or liability that can’t be excluded.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Questions? Email hello@flapp.studio or see Support.
