Terms of Use (EULA)

These terms cover your use of the Still app, published by flapp.studio. By installing or using it you agree to them. On iPhone, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement also applies between you and Apple; if it conflicts with these terms, it takes precedence for the Apple-specific parts.

What Still is

Still is a personal record of your Pilates practice. It isn’t a workout, fitness or medical app. It doesn’t coach you, give exercise or health advice, or track your body. Please take care of yourself and follow your instructor’s and doctor’s guidance.

Licence

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Still on your own devices. You may not copy, modify, resell or reverse engineer the app, except where the law says you can. The botanical illustrations and other content in the app belong to flapp.studio.

Your content

The practices, notes and photos you add are yours and stay on your device. We don’t receive them. You’re responsible for what you add and share, and you should only add photos you’re entitled to use.

Backing up your data

Your history is stored on your device only, and Still doesn’t sync between devices. If you delete the app, reset or lose your phone, it may be lost. Your phone’s own backup may help, and Pro’s export lets you keep a copy. You’re responsible for your own backups.

Pro

Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. It adds the Dusk theme, postmark stamps, postcard share cards and portable export. The garden, passport, plans, reminders and basic sharing are free. Payment, refunds and restoring purchases are handled by the App Store or Google Play under their rules.

Our liability

Still is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, flapp.studio isn’t liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the app, or for a loss of data if you don’t back it up. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that can’t be limited, or liability that can’t be excluded.
