Privacy Notice

Still is a private Pilates garden and practice passport. Your practice stays on your phone: there is no account and nothing to sign up for. This notice explains what is stored, where, and the few things that do leave your device. flapp.studio is responsible for this data. The waitlist on this website has its own notice.

What is stored, and where

Your practices (date, type, and any time, studio, instructor, note or feeling you add), your small wins, planned classes, preferences and photos are stored on your device only. We don’t have an account system, a profile, or cloud storage for your practice or photos, and we can’t see your history.

Photos

Still asks for photo library access only when you choose to add a photo to a memory. It never reads your other photos. It doesn’t use the camera or the microphone. A photo you add is copied into the app’s own storage on your device.

Reminders

Reminders are local notifications scheduled on your phone. Still asks for permission to send them only when you turn a reminder on, and no reminder data is sent to us.

Sharing and export

Sharing happens only when you choose it. The app makes an image on your phone and hands it to the share sheet, and what you do with it is up to you. A note, photo, date or studio name appears on a card only if you switch it on in the preview. A Pro export saves a file with your practice and its photos; it goes only where you choose to save or send it.

What leaves your device

When it opens, Still may ask our database (hosted by Supabase) for non-personal settings, such as the app’s name and its purchase product identifier. No practice data is sent with that request. Like any internet request, it is visible to the server, which sees your IP address as part of the connection. If the request fails, the app uses built-in values and works as usual.

Purchases

Pro is a one-time purchase handled by the App Store or Google Play. The store processes your payment and we never see your payment details. We’ll update this notice if a purchase-checking service is added before launch.

No analytics, ads or tracking

Still has no analytics, no advertising, no advertising ID and no tracking across other companies’ apps or websites. It doesn’t collect health, weight or body measurements, and it doesn’t use AI to read your content.

Backups, deleting and moving phones

Your phone’s own backup (iCloud or Google) may include the app’s storage, under that provider’s rules. Still has no sync, so your history doesn’t move to a new phone by itself; a Pro export lets you keep a copy. Settings lets you permanently delete all your data in the app. Deleting the app may also remove your local history.

Your rights

Because we hold no personal data about your practice, the app is the place to see, export or delete it. For anything else, email hello@flapp.studio. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.

Age

Still is for a general audience and isn’t directed at children under 13.

Changes

If this notice changes in a way that matters, we’ll update the date above and, where needed, tell you in the app.
