Waitlist privacy

This notice covers the Ariora waitlist on this website. The app itself is covered by the Ariora Privacy Notice. flapp.studio is responsible for this data.

What we collect

Your email address, the fact that you agreed to receive emails, the exact wording you agreed to, and when you agreed. We also keep which form you used, your browser’s language and your country, worked out from your connection. We don’t store your IP address, and this website uses no analytics or advertising cookies.

Why we use it

To email you when Ariora launches, and to send you your waitlist promo code. We use it only because you ticked the box that says: “Yes, email me Ariora launch news and my launch promo code. I can unsubscribe at any time.” We won’t use your email for anything else, and we never sell it or share it for advertising.

Where it’s kept

In a database hosted by Supabase. The website runs on Vercel. We may use an email-sending service to deliver the launch email. These providers process the data only on our behalf.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or at most 12 months after Ariora launches, whichever comes first.

Unsubscribing and your rights

Every email has an unsubscribe link. You can also email ariora@flapp.studio at any time to unsubscribe, to see the data we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.

Age

The waitlist is for people aged 16 or over. Please don’t sign up if you’re younger.
